He walked me through the menu, shared thoughtful ideas tailored specifically for my guests, and even did a walkthrough of the venue with me before the event to make sure everything would run smoothly. The kids devoured the pilau, the keema was a solid 10/10, and the fruit trifle was light, creamy, and the perfect finishing touch. The chai was strong and exactly what I needed.
