For Events Over 300 Guests: You have two simple options:
Add $150 for every 10 additional guests.
Rent the adjoining Sapphire Room for a flat $1,000. This provides a dedicated food/beverage lounge and accommodates your expanded guest list.
Alcohol & Security Policy: For events with alcohol, a bartender (1 per 100 guests) and a security guard (1 per 150 guests) are required for the duration of your event at an additional charge.
Service Charge Explained: Our 20% service charge covers all event staffing for setup, breakdown, and cleaning, including table clearing, dishwashing, and restroom maintenance. (Note: This does not include food service, which is your caterer’s responsibility).
